Free demo

The demo we build before you pay is free and comes with no obligation. If you don't go ahead, we delete it.

Price and payment

• Prices are fixed and in US dollars. The price we agree in writing is the price you pay.
• You pay 50% to start and 50% when the site is ready to launch, by PayPal invoice.
• Domain registration fees are paid at cost, in your name.

Timeline

Sites go live within 7 days of receiving your deposit and your content (text, photos, logo). If we need something from you, the clock pauses until we have it.

Changes during the build

Starter and Business include two rounds of changes before launch, and Pro includes three. Changes after launch are covered by a care plan, or quoted at a fixed price before we start.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, the website and its content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we hand everything over.

Care plans

• Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
• If you cancel, we help you move your site to your own hosting.

Refunds

If you cancel before you approve the design, we refund your deposit minus 25% for the work already done. After you approve the design, the deposit is non-refundable.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you give us. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
